There's such strong interest from the Kindergarten and junior grades that we're introducing a daytime, 5 non-parented Montessori inspired Casa Age (3-6years) Fireflies program in three stages between 2012 and 2015. Junior Fireflies School Year Afternoons program for preschoolers aged 3-4 and children in JK/SK starts in Fall 2012. Programs run for the length of the school year from Monday through Friday with options for 5, 3, and 2 days per week.
Depending on our Firefly families needs and interests we will launch the full day program in September 2013 or 2014. The full day program will be a traditional Casa Montessori program taught by a certified Montessori teacher in the mornings "Fireflies Montessori School", with the Jr. Fireflies fiber arts program in the afternoons. Families of children enrolled in Jr. Fireflies program in September 2012 will have priority for registering in the full day Fireflies Montessori School Casa program.
The Fireflies After School Clubs will be integrated with the Junior Fireflies Program, and will run 5 days a week for JK-5 starting Fall 2012 and for families looking for even more fiber arts based learning and fun.
